There can be few properties in such a mint condition as this one. Occupied from new by the present owner, the house has been particularly well maintained and upgraded since it was built in the late 1990s.

There is a good amount of well planned accommodation. Off the reception hall is a ground floor cloaks/WC/wash basin. The sitting room has a bay window to the front and a focal point is the fireplace housing a real flame gas fire. A feature archway leads into the separate dining room which has patio doors opening out onto the rear terrace. The kitchen/breakfast room is a special treat. There is an excellent range of both base and wall units. It is fully tiled and integral appliances include a microwave, double oven, larder fridge, electric hob with a stainless steel canopy above, washing machine, dishwasher and a wall mounted flat screen television.

From the hall stairs rise to the first floor landing, which has access into the roof space, which has a loft ladder. The master bedroom has a window overlooking the garden and an excellent range of wardrobes with sliding doors. There is a fully tiled en-suite with shower, wash basin and WC. The second bedroom, which is double in size, also has a window overlooking the garden and a range of mirror fronted fitted wardrobes. Bedroom three has a window to the front. The fully tiled bathroom comprises a white suite of roll top bath with claw feet, WC and wash basin. The are also two bathroom cupboards.

The outside rear garden is a special feature. Immediately to the rear of the house is a full width paved terrace, which leads onto a ornamental stoned section, which has a centre circle feature. There are flower borders which are fully stocked with a variety of plants and shrubs and steps lead down to a very secluded astro turf section at the rear. The garden is bordered on three sides by mature high conifer hedging. It has all been laid out for very easy maintenance. To the front of the property is a block paved fore garden and drive.

The single garage has a utility area at the rear and there are electricity points and lighting. Above the garage is a loft, which has been boarded for storage purposes and has a loft ladder.

This is truly a house which needs to be viewed.
