"Historically St Julians Avenue has always been considered to be one of the prime residential locations within the town. Jesmond is an imposing semi detached Edwardian house which although perfectly liveable has scope for improvements and modernisation.

On the ground floor there is a sitting room with open fireplace and a bay window with some lovely views over the garden and to the countryside in the distance. There is also a formal dining room again with a wide bay window and window seat to the front. Both of these rooms have open fireplaces. The kitchen/breakfast room has a range of built in units, a built in oven and hob and again a window overlooking the garden.

On the first floor there are two large double bedrooms both overlooking the garden and with views to the distant countryside. There is further double bedroom to the front of the property with built in wardrobes and a single bedroom. As well as the main bathroom on the first floor there is a separate shower room with wash basin.

On the lower ground floor the garden room has a door to outside and there is a utility/laundry room which also has a door to outside. There is a WC on the lower ground floor as well as a former pantry with cold slab and workshop.

The garden, which measures about 150' x 38' is a special feature of the property. Immediately to the rear of the house is a terrace which leads to a lawn area which in turn has steps leading to a second terrace area with ornamental garden pond. To the rear of the property is a further lawn area and a second pond and a vegetable patch. There are two greenhouses and a timber garden shed.
