"Greeenbank offers spacious and flexible living accommodation, attractive gardens, separate paddock, and a detached double car port. The location provides a high degree of privacy whilst being easily accessible to local amenities. Stoke St Milborough lies about six miles east of Ludlow, the village has an active community with a parish church and village hall and being in an area of outstanding natural beauty, nature and wildlife are prolific.

The property is approached via a gated entrance which leads to a generous parking and turning area and the detached Border Oak double car port. A paved path leads to a bespoke Border Oak porch and the main entrance door.

The front door opens into a welcoming entrance hall, with exposed ceiling beams and wooden floors giving an immediate sense of character. There are two large storage cupboards.

A door from the hall leads to the sitting and dining room, which is a spacious and bright dual purpose area. This room features exposed beams, and a wood burning stove set into a recessed brick fireplace with a timber mantle above. Two windows to the frontage provide good natural light.
