"High Collybrook enjoys one of the best rural locations in South Shropshire with its southerly views across a patchwork of Teme Valley countryside towards the Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons.

The house was built in 1991 with a large stone exterior. It is approached via a short track from the Caynham/Knowbury/Clee Hill road about five miles east of Ludlow and about a quarter of a mile from the A4117 Kidderminster road.

The accommodation takes full advantage of the magnificent aspect. On the first floor are four beautifully presented bedrooms including two ensuites and a luxury family bathroom.

The ground floor includes an elegant sitting room

(23' x 18' max) with an inglenook fireplace and wood burning stove. There is also a study and dining room, plus the well fitted kitchen/breakfast room which has an oil fired Aga stove as well as a built in dishwasher. Especially for mornings is the built on conservatory.

Enter here through the gate and follow the short gravelled track for about 100 yards to its end and 'High Collybrook'."
