"A modern detached house situated in a desirable cul de sac location which is close to a range of local amenities including doctors, dentists, independent shops, popular pubs, restaurants and takeaways. There are highly regarded primary and secondary schools and a nursery.

You are welcomed to the property via a tarmacadam driveway offering off road parking, and access to the integral garage, with electric roller door.

A door leads you through into the installed porch and then on into the welcoming reception hallway.
