The subjects are situated on Chapel Street to the north east of Selkirk town centre.

Selkirk has a population of approximately 6,000 and benefits from a central position within the Scottish Borders with good road links to the north and south via the A7 arterial route. Chapel Street is a predominately residential area, slightly off pitch although readily accessible off the High Street via Scotts Close.

The town is located approximately 5 miles to the south of Galashiels, 11 miles to the north of Hawick, the largest population bases within the Scottish Borders with populations of approximately 14,500 and 16,000 respectively.

Description
A single storey office building believed to date to the late 1960s which would appear of cavity construction finished in granite under a hipped roof clad in slate.

The property occupies a plot of approximately 0.053 ha (0.131 acres) or thereby. To the front there is tarmacadam surfaced parking providing spaces for approximately 7 cars. To the rear there is an enclosed courtyard/garden with gated access via Scotts Close. Within the grounds to the rear there is a detached outbuilding. The eastern section provides a garage for the adjoining property. The western section provides two stores which are included with these offices.
