"Spacious, beautifully presented 2 double bedroom, own door upper maisonette situated in a popular central residential area in the picturesque market town of Peebles close to Peebles Golf Club. Retaining some original features and with beautiful traditional stonework and red sandstone cornerstones to the building the accommodation comprises: Entrance Hall with large storage cupboard, Lounge, Kitchen / Dining Room, 2 double Bedrooms, Bathroom, shared Garden to the rear. With high ceilings and panelled doors this property offers excellent accommodation with some original character. Accessed from the side of the building through the original timber entrance door the Hallway has a tile floor, a large storage cupboard and a staircase to the first floor where the Lounge, Kitchen/ Dining Room, Utility, Bathroom, large walk-in storage cupboard and one double Bedroom are situated.
