Approached up a gravelled drive to a parking area in front of the house, the front door leads into a spacious and welcoming entrance hall with solid oak flooring and an oak spindled staircase leading up to the first floor and has a contemporary styled Jack and Jill cloakroom with WC and hand basin.

Beyond the entrance hall the bright and sunny sitting room, flooded with natural light thanks to a large bay window, is the perfect place to wind down at the end of a busy day or to curl up in front of the crackling multi fuel stove on a chilly winter?s evening. Just across the hall is a second reception room, currently a music room but which could equally be a relaxed snug/family room or a dining room for more formal entertaining.

The cosy heart of this home is the spacious dining kitchen where light floods in from the conservatory and a further warming multi fuel stove and beech wood floor create the perfect place for families to cook and enjoy informal dining around the kitchen table. Wooden shaker-style kitchen cabinets provide plenty of storage and are complemented by beautiful beech work surfaces. There?s lots of space to cook, with an induction hob, Neff double oven, built-in dishwasher and a large sink. Just off the kitchen is a sizeable utility room ideal for meeting the needs of the most demanding family with storage units and room for a washing machine and dryer and a door into the adjoining double garage.

The conservatory looks over the garden and with large windows on three sides, this is a room that can be enjoyed at any time of day. With its own entrance straight off the garden, this is a lovely room to sit and relax in, looking out over the garden beyond.

Upstairs the light-filled landing leads to the principal bedroom suite, with fitted wardrobes and walk in linen cupboard, and a modern en-suite shower room with underfloor heating, hand basin, WC and shower cubicle. Three further bedrooms are all light, airy and spacious and the family bathroom has sleek modern fittings with a luxurious bathtub, WC and sink vanity unit.

The house sits in well-tended mature grounds and has wonderful views out over the surrounding countryside.
