"A traditional three bedroom detatched house situated near local shops, schools etc and within commuting distance of the M4 Motorway. The property is in need of modernisation and upgrading but retains many original character features. Excellent potential.

Accommodation consists of a lounge, sitting room, dining room, kitchen to the ground floor with three bedrooms, bathroom, w.c to the first floor. There are mostly uPVC double glazed windows and gas central heating.

Ystradgynlais is situated approximately 18 miles North of Swansea just off the main A4067. Travelling on the A4067 from Swansea take the right hand turn into Ystradgynlais. At the mini roundabout turn right into Ynyscedwyn Road; continue straight on through the next two mini roundabouts. You will pass JAD's supermarket on your left and the property can be found a short distance further on.
