Llangorse is a popular village within the Brecon Beacon National Park, an ideal location for outdoor recreational pursuits including sailing, fishing, horse riding, hill walking and indoor climbing. The village supports a primary school, church, two pubs and a community hall. The Accommodation Comprises: Hallway Lounge Kitchen/Diner Utility 2 Double Bedrooms Shower Room Small outside area Communal Parking Services Private water. Mains drainage. Oil Central heating. Council Tax Band C Deposit A deposit equivalent to one months rent is payable at the beginning of the tenancy and will be held by the Agents under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and is repayable on the termination of the tenancy subject to the final inspection of the property and confirmation that all bills have been paid.
