"A beautiful detached Victorian house located at the end of a quiet cul de sac. The property has two large bedrooms, potential to extend much further and sits in a large plot with a super detached garage, workshop and off road parking for several vehicles. Viewing comes highly recommended.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground Floor - Two large reception rooms, one with a nice open fireplace and a kitchen recently fitted with a range of gloss white cupboards, built in hob,oven, extractor, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. There is a cloakroom/WC and under stairs storage for coats, shoes and vacuum cleaner etc.

First Floor - Two large double bedrooms both with stripped and varnished floorboards, the main bedroom has a modern full en-suite shower room and there is also a separate family bathrooms with bath, WC and a large vanity unit basin and storage cupboard.

OUTSIDE
