"Situated in one of Yealmptons most coveted locations due to its enchanting woodland setting on the edge of this most sought after village. Built in 1923, we believe for the former quarry master, hence the addition of ornamentation typical of the late Arts and Crafts period. Located in an elevated west to south west facing position affording the property outstanding views over the surrounding woodlands beyond. The sitting area has a woodburning stove and windows that fully embrace the views. Beyond the kitchen is a very generous utility space boot room perfect for muddy coats and boots when coming home from a winter ramble. Also on this level is a further bedroom this versatile room would work equally well as a study library and is currently being embraced as a music room.
