"3 Woodgate Lane is a substantial detached property set in attractive, private mature gardens, with excellent access to the splendid open countryside that surrounds the village. Just a few steps away from the house there are bridle ways and many footpaths through countryside that is a haven for both birds and wildlife, whilst the village pub and amenities are also within a short walk. The property itself dates from the 1960's and a more recent extension has been added in the past twenty-five years to create a large, welcoming family home with spacious reception rooms and extensive day-to-day living space. The existing layout, which includes both staircases and Kitchens, means the house has excellent potential to be used in a number of ways to suit individual requirements including creating an adjoining fully self-contained Annexe. Outside, the secluded south-facing garden has wide expanses of lawn, magnificent mature trees and shady seating spots from which to enjoy the peaceful, semi-rural location.
