The village boasts a mix of amenities such as a chemist, doctors surgery, post office/ general store, a public house The Bluebell recommended in the Michelin Guide in 2015, a cr?che, a primary school, an outstanding secondary school, and the village s iconic St. Benedict s church. The historic village displays some beautiful and well maintained period properties with a true village feel, however benefits from being a short drive from the market towns of Market Deeping, Bourne and Stamford as well as being a mere 6 miles North of Peterborough city centre offering train links to London in 50 minutes. The history of the village dates back thousands of years and has since built a reputation for being one of the premier places to live in the greater Peterborough area. The property itself has a lovely welcoming and homely feel, and offers larger than average accommodation. The network of streets home to detached 3, 4 and 5 bed houses was built as an executive development by Allison Homes in the late 1990 s.
