"A Five/Six Bedroom Grade II Listed House built by the builder of the Baptist Church for his own use around 1880. Walmer House is located on a plot of over 200ft with a rear vehicular access off Harding Street, but within 50 meters of the Town Walls, built over four storeys with large rear garden and front garden and has a unique feature of a Tunnel from the pavement to the Lower Ground Floor. The property is in need of some modernisation. ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES: - GROUND FLOOR: Lounge, Dining Room, Bathroom. LOWER GROUND FLOOR: Kitchen, Snug, Utility Room and Sun Room. FIRST FLOOR: Three/Four Bedrooms. SECOND FLOOR: Two Bedrooms

PORCH The porch has a Victoria pattern floor tiles and a part glazed door opens into the Hallway.
