GENERAL
Freshwater East is a very popular seaside village within the beautiful southern section of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. In addition to the wide sandy beach, village amenities include two Pubs. The larger village of Lamphey is less than two miles and has a school, a church, a pub, two hotels, a hall, sportsfields and a railway station etc.. The historic town of Pembroke with its famous Norman Castle is a further two miles or so. The picturesque resort of Tenby is around nine miles.

Brendon is situated within the elevated part of Freshwater East above the Dunes and Burrows etc.. It was originally one of Freshwater East‘s ‘Shacks‘ and was rebuilt around 30 years ago. However, subject to consent, there is potential for further redevelopment e.g. possibly a larger BungalowHouse which could maximise the sea and coastal outlooks. Interested parties should make their own enquiries with the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority on 01646 624800.
