"Overview
House Network are delighted to offer 'Little Baradwys' (a mix of two languages, English and Welsh, meaning Little Paradise). This Waterfront Cottage is a 200 year old spacious, yet cosy terraced house enjoying extensive coastal views across the Cleddau Estuary in Doc Penfro, Dyfed or, in English, Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire - an area steeped in history, right on the 'sea front' with lovely views across the water from the sitting room and main bedroom.

Little Baradwys actually overlooks the magnificent Cleddau Estuary where you can see a plethora of sailing and other boats every day - even the huge Irish Ferries dock here and are quite a sight when they arrive and leave.

The house is cosy yet spacious with three bedrooms, one on the ground floor, and two on the first floor - all are double rooms. There is a main bathroom on the first floor with shower over the bath plus another shower room and toilet on the ground floor. There is plenty of on street parking and there is a lovely 'olde worlde' pub called the Shipwrights - just 3 doors away. There is a more modern establishment called Y Cerrig Glas (The Blue Stones) right at the other end of the road next to ASDA, just a couple of minutes walk from the house.

The courtyard to the rear of the cottage is a sunny enclosed area with room for a garden table and chairs to lounge in. The garden then extends to around 90 feet and is laid to some lawn and some pebbles with fruit and other trees dotted around.

There is a fully boarded, easily accessed loft with a velux window which could be turned into further accommodation with planning permission.

Total area (approx) 91.6sq m

The property has been very successfully let as a holiday home for the last 2 years and any furniture in the house is available to purchase by separate negotiation with the vendor.
