THE LAND:
We have not been provided with a copy of the farm plan and therefore have based our calculation on the information provided, in so far as the farm extends in total to 125 acres or thereabouts, of which 120 acres maybe considered clean.

The land is typical of the area, being predominantly level or gently sloping and divided into useful sized enclosures and being served we understand by natural or mains water to the majority of the fields, although the fields over the Nolton to Broad Haven road do not have any water supply connected.

The land is utilised for pasture and arable purposes and has the benefit of good roadside access and is crossed in part by the renowned Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
