A light and airy ground floor apartment presented well throughout and ready to move into, set in a `tucked away` corner of a quiet cul-de-sac within a short stroll of the town centre. From the communal entrance hall there is a door into the private entrance hall with doors off to all the main rooms, the sitting room with a window to the front, from here is a door to the separate kitchen which is nicely fitted out and window to the rear gardens. The double bedroom also overlooks the communal garden to the rear. The bathroom has a white suite and window to the rear. Gas heating to radiators. The property could also suit an Investment buyer in this great location and we are happy to advise on a likely rental yeild on this property. There is no onward chain with this purchase and the lease has recently been renewed.

Situated a short stroll to Wallingford is a small but bustling market town situated in South Oxfordshire, it has retained much of its historic architecture yet has good amenities for everyday needs. Within the town there is a regular market and farmers market, a Waitrose supermarket and a host of small independent shops as well as banks, public houses, plenty of places to eat including restaurants and cafes. The Corn Exchange is the home of Wallingford`s cinema and theatre, producing a wide variety of productions throughout the year. Set on the banks of the river Thames there are a number of footpaths and open spaces in which to enjoy the surrounding countryside. Wallingford is within easy reach of both the M40 and the M4 and only 15 miles from Oxford and Reading and there are regular bus service to both locations. Mainline train services can be accessed at nearby Cholsey and Didcot with regular trains to London Paddington.
