"A charming, detached, Grade II listed, period house set in the heart of a pretty downland village. The property is very versatile offering light, spacious reception rooms and a potential annexe for an office or a granny flat. There are private landscaped gardens to the side and rear, a double garage and off street parking.

ASHBURY Ashbury is a charming Oxfordshire, downland village with extensive views over the Vale of White Horse. Ashdown House (National Trust) and The Ridgeway are both within walking distance. It has an excellent Preschool and C of E Primary School. Pinewood Prep and Marlborough College are within easy reach. The village has an active community with a lovely village hall, a Parish Church, a shop, cafe and village inn.


It is well located for access to the M4 Junction 15 and the A420. Swindon is only 8 miles and has a mainline station to London (Paddington) and Bristol.
