"Originally built by respected builders Berkeley Homes, the Oxford Waterside development was designed to provide the benefits of luxury modern living echoing Victorian style. The house is set in a small courtyard and is accessed via a front door into an entrance hall with cloakroom. To the front is a fitted kitchen with appliances and to the rear is a sitting dining room with French doors onto the rear garden.
