A Grade II listed period semi-detached dwelling probably dating in part from 1650 with coarsed limestone rubble elevations under stone slate roofs and having gardens and a dilapidated garage on the north side. The whole property lies within a Conservation Area and is in need of extensive repair and maintenance and a programme of modernisation and updating.

The property will be sold subject to a Tenancy Agreement dated 1st September, 1965. The occupiers are protected by the Rent Act 1977. The tenant and his son are approximately 82 and 52 years of age. The current rent is ?190 per calendar moth. The tenant pays all outgoings, including electricity, water and council tax.
