There is an open fireplace in the living room, the original arching sash windows have modern draft proofing, the open plan kitchen and garden room has been fitted to a high standard with wooden work tops and white gloss units and the loft space offers potential space to add an ensuite. There is an archway at the side of the house providing pedestrian access to the garden and the accommodation of the property extends over this arch, making it wider than the norm.
Accommodation
Front door opens into a tiled entrance hall with understairs storage space, double reception room with a tall bay window, open fire, wooden floors, recess storage cupboards and double doors continuing into the stylish and well fitted kitchen/breakfast room. This L-shaped space continues into the garden room area with bi-fold doors opening to the garden and three roof light windows allowing for ample natural light.
