House Network Ltd are pleased to offer this attractive modern 4 bedroom detached family home on a quiet, spacious development at the edge of the town of Faringdon. The property is double glazed throughout and is central heated. The local exchange is already enabled for the latest high speed broadband.

The property is in good condition throughout consisting of a large living room and separate dining room, conservatory, airy kitchen, the main bedroom has an en-suite. There is a double garage to the rear garden with parking in front for 2-3 cars plus more parking available outside the front of the house. The property is not directly overlooked and has a private walled garden.

The house is located on the quietest and most spacious estate in Faringdon opposite a park. The location at the edge of Faringdon means that you can walk into town in around 20 minutes. The town offers a range of shops and cafes. Alternatively you can walk away from the town and be in the Oxfordshire countryside in a few minutes.
