"A substantial individual detached 4 bedroom house built approximately 25 years ago set in an idyllic location on
the edge of East Hagbourne village adjoining open countryside in a plot of approximately 1/2 an acre.
Haccas Edge offers generous family accommodation with 3 reception rooms and 4 good sized bedrooms. The
present owners have recently refitted the master en-suite in a stylish contemporary design and installed double
glazed UPVC windows throughout.
Undoubtedly it is the location and plot at Haccas Edge that makes this property stand out, the gardens face
south and are particularly private and well established with open countryside to the south and west sides. The plot
extends in all to just over 1/2 an acre and measures 83m

(272ft) from front to back along the west boundary.
Haccas Edge is in quiet no through lane of just 10 individual properties on the southern edge of East Hagbourne.
Fieldside leads to a footpath that after a short distance crosses Hakkas Brook and joins the Main Street of the
