Location Swerford is a charming village of ironstone cottages, which occupies a secluded valley to the north east of Chipping Norton on the River Swere offering a range of amenities including a village hall, farm shop, church, pub and playing field with nearby villages and towns providing a more extensive range of shops, schools and services. Directions From Chipping Norton take the A361 Banbury Road. Cross over the Roundabout and proceed for approximately 3 miles and then take the left sign posted Swerford. Follow the road for 1.5 miles when the Lodge will be seen on the left-hand side. The Property Swerford Park Lodge is an extended period property arranged over two floors. The ground floor briefly comprises lobby, dining room, sitting room, hall, kitchen/diner, family room, W.C, utility and master bedroom with en-suite. The first floor includes three further bedrooms and a family bathroom. Outside the property benefits from private garden, patio, garage and views across the fields.
