"A pretty stone built house located in the popular village of Fritwell. The property has well proportioned rooms and is ideal for the modern family. The present owners have added a pretty porchway leading through to the main hallway. The large sitting room has Karndean flooring, a double aspect, a fireplace with a wood burner and bifold doors leading to the rear garden. There is a further reception room at present used as a family room. The modern kitchen has ample space for a dining table and chairs as well as a range of wall and base units and space for appliances. A study, utility room and cloakroom complete the ground floor. On the first floor there are four double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them being en suite. Overall a very comfortable house which has been thoughtfully extended and maintained by the present owners.

Outside

To the front of the house there is a gravelled area for parking. The garden surrounds the house with terraced areas for dining and entertaining as well as there being two areas of lawn. The double garage has a door leading to the rear garden. There are pretty views from the house over open countryside.
