"A modern four bedroom family home forming part of a small development on the outskirts of the village. The property provides well appointed accommodation arranged on two floors with enclosed gardens, driveway and single garage.

Situation
Milcombe was once a farming settlement. The village has slowly grown to a population of around 650 but it still retains a community bond that is anchored by the lovely St Lawrence Church, the village hall, the local shop and the 18th century Milcombe dovecote. The village centre has retained much of its character and originality with many of its buildings Grade II listed. The Horse and Groom Inn is a 17th century coaching house that prides itself on good food and hospitality and was awarded the coveted 'Certificate of Excellence' in 2013 by Trip Advisor. Banbury's strategic position near the M40 and its rapid rail links to London (from 53 minutes), Oxford (from 17 minutes) and Birmingham

(from 44 minutes) will ensure it remains a desirable and affluent commuter town.
