"Built in the 1920's this mature semi detached house offers delightful accommodation with potential to extend subject to the usual planning permissions being obtained. The property offers an entrance hall, triple aspect sitting room with an open stone fire place, kitchen providing a range of base and wall units, beech block work tops, single drainer sink unit with mixer tap, built in appliances including a double oven, hob, cooker extractor, drier, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine, door to the rear garden and cupboard housing the gas fired central heating boiler.
