All basic cookware, glasses, crockery and utensils supplied . Plenty of built in cupboards. Door to garden.

Bedroom 1 (12' 7" x 8' 3") - Window to rear garden. Double bed and bedside tables, Wardrobe, Chest of drawers etc. Please note that tenants to supply own duvet, sheets and ?towels.

Bedroom 2 (9' 5" x 8' 3") - Window to front. Two Single beds. Built in wardrobe with shelf and clothes rail and small drawers (cupboard also contains quiet brand new energy efficient condenser boiler). Bedside drawers and Bookcase.

Rear garden comprises of a good sized Decking Patio, with tool shed, small barbecue, two teak recliners, and small bistro table and chairs, leading to attractive gravelled / decked area surrounded by flower beds. The garden is very secure with no separate access to the rear. Front garden is mainly gravelled with hedging to the side and roses around front window.
