"Attractive terraced cottage with a fresh and contemporary interior, located close in the older part of the village, within walking distance of amenities. Constructed of local ironstone beneath a slate roof with UPVC double glazed windows and gas fired heating to radiators.

On the ground floor, the front entrance opens directly to the sitting room with fireplace, laminate wood floor and door to the kitchen. The kitchen dining room has a ceramic tiled floor with stairs to the first floor. There is a range of base and eye level units fitted along one wall with work surfaces and sink unit. Fitted appliances include single oven, electric hob and extractor above. There is freestanding space for dishwasher and fridge with further space beneath the stairs for other domestic appliances. A door leads to the rear. The ground floor bathroom is fitted with a white three piece suite. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms. The principal bedroom has an en suite shower room. Both bedrooms have fitted cupboards.

Outside

At the rear of the property there is a private right of access serving the cottages and giving access to the street. A picket gate gives access to the rear garden which is enclosed by fencing and stone walling and is principally laid to lawn, with a raised timber decking. There is also a brick outbuilding used for storage.

Adderbury offers a range of amenities including a village shop, coffee shop, lake, hairdressers and a choice of public houses. Soho Farmhouse is approx 12 miles. Primary schooling is available in the village and secondary schooling is available at the Warriner School, which is in the nearby village of Bloxham 3 miles and there is a bus provided. Access to the M40 motorway can be gained at Ardley Jct 10 and from Banbury Jct 11 . From Banbury there is also a mainline railway station to London Marylebone.
