No 2 Mill Lane is an attractive stone cottage situated in the heart of the village.  This three bedroom home has a stylish interior blending character and contemporary features.  The kitchen/dining room has exposed stone walls, there is a useful cloakroom and utility room and the extended lounge features a partially vaulted ceiling with exposed timbers and a fireplace. The three bedrooms and family bathroom are located on the first floor.  The pretty cottage garden is laid to lawn with a patio area and is positioned at the front of the property.  Early viewing is recommended.

:  From our office proceed to the bottom of Corn Street and take the second exit on the roundabout into Curbridge Road.  At the bottom of Curbridge Road continue over the roundabout heading into Curbridge and towards Bampton.  Continue through the village and at the roundabout turn right, signposted Clanfield.  Continue through Clanfield to the T junction with the Plough Hotel opposite and to the right, take the left hand turn and proceed up the road and the turning to Mill Lane is on the right hand side. On entering Mill Lane, the property is fifty metres down on the right hand side.


Clanfield is a long, attractive village between Faringdon and Witney and is well placed for travel into Oxford and Swindon.  The village is steeped in history with some lovely period houses including a striking Jacobean residence.  There is a local primary school and the village falls into the Burford School catchment area.  Clanfield has the benefit of a post office with small shop, an excellent inn and restaurant and a country house hotel.  Bampton which is approximately two miles distant, has an excellent range of local shops, a supermarket, a bank and many pubs and restaurants.
