Externally there is a front section and a rear garden. In addition the property has the benefit of double glazing, a gas fired central heating system and is offered for sale with no upward chain. The property is situated in Highbury Vale Nottingham which has excellent public transport links to include bus and tram station within Bulwell town centre.
