With a need for some redecoration the property also has a good sized living room, kitchen dining room and family bathroom. The house will have relatively low running costs as the walls are cavity filled, loft fully insulated, there is double glazing throughout and there is a modern gas fired boiler. The rear garden is also of good size and overlooks fields to the rear. There is ample off road parking to the front for several vehicles. Excellent link roads exist in to Nottingham. Public transport is well catered for with bus, rail and tram networks all being within reasonable walking distance. Local schools, a large superstore, golf course and local amenities are all adjacent.
