"An exceptionally well presented first floor apartment located a short distance from Newark town centre. The property is double glazed and gas centrally heated. Carpets, curtains and blinds included within the sale. Mayfair House consists of four apartments, we have been informed by the vendors that each apartment has an equal share of the freehold and commensurate responsibility within the Management Company.

Situation
Newark boasts amenities including the Palace Theatre, bowling alley and cinema. There are excellent shopping facilities in the town including major retail chains and supermarkets including Waitrose.
