"A very well presented 2 bedroom terraced home situated on this popular residential road a short distance from Newark town centre. The property is double glazed and gas centrally heated and has the additional benefit of residents permit parking. Early viewing is strongly recommended.

Situation
Lime Grove is located a short distance from Newark town centre. Newark has excellent shopping facilities including major retail chains and supermarkets including Waitrose. Newark has two railway stations, one providing a commuter service to Nottingham and Lincoln, the other providing a direct service to London Kings Cross which takes from around 80 minutes. The A1 trunk road runs south of Balderton and provides excellent road communications to the north and south of the country.
