A lovely modern semi detached family home which briefly comprises entrance hall, lounge, kitchen/breakfast and large conservatory to the ground floor. To the first floor the landing gives access to two bedrooms and a bathroom/wc. Externally there is a driveway and an open plan garden which is laid to lawn with side access gate leading to the rear garden which is lawned and has a summerhouse. Early viewing is advised to appreciate the accommodation on offer. EPC grade C.

The property is situated in Mansfield Woodhouse on the outskirts of Mansfield and has access to a bus service and schools. A range of shops and amenities are available in Mansfield and Worksop.

Our View

This is an absolute gem of a property and viewing is highly recommended to appreciate the accommodation on offer. The kitchen is fitted with modern wall and base units, worksurfaces incorporating a single drainer sink with mixer tap, ceramic hob with electric oven below and an extractor canopy above. There is appliance space and plumbing for for washing machine, complimentary tiled splashbacks, under floor heating (not tested) and a double glazed window and door to the side. From the kitchen there is an opening to the large conservatory which has double glazed windows, double glazed french doors giving access to the rear garden and having feature flooring and a television aerial point. The first floor landing has a double glazed window to the side and a loft hatch. The bathroom is modern and has a three piece suite comprising panelled bath with shower over, low level wc, pedestal wash hand basin, double glazed window to rear, extractor and a heated towel rail. The master bedroom has a double glazed window to the front, radiator, telephone point, cylinder cupboard and a built in overstairs double wardrobe. Bedroom two has a double glazed window to rear and a radiator. Outside to the rear of the property, the garden is mostly laid to lawn and has a block paved pathway leading to the front of the property. The summer house has decking to the side and has power and lighting. To the front of the property is a driveway providing off road parking and a lawned garden with mature shrubs and plants.
