Swarland is located 7 miles south of the historic market town of Alnwick. It is an extremely popular, rural village with the adjacent village of Newton on The Moor offering renowned hospitality at the Cook & Barker Old Coaching Inn. Excellent commuting distance to Newcastle via easy access to the A1. Swarland woods provide scenic walks and there is horse riding at the superb equestrian centre.
