Ideally placed for access to North Northumberland's Heritage coastline with its outstanding natural beauty including miles of unspoilt sandy beaches and dunes, historic castles and the Farne Islands Nature Reserve. Local amenities are available within the village of Seahouses with a variety of shops, restaurants, hotels, public houses, links golf course, and leisure club. Further more centralised amenities are available to the south within the market town of Alnwick which is home to Alnwick Castle, the Alnwick Garden and the world famous Barter Books. The property is situated on a generous plot with ample driveway parking, gardens and with a small meadow to the side.
