Location

Embleton is situated just inland from the Northumberland Heritage Coast Line. Embleton has access to the beaches and castles of Dunstanburgh and Bamburgh. The village offers a range of amenities including a village shop, post office, public houses, hotels and schooling to first school age. Dunsbrough golf course is also situated on the periphery of the village. There is public transport available with road access to the remainder of the region via the Coast to the A1 Trunk Road leading north to Berwick and Scotland, plus south to Alnwick and Tyneside. There is also access to a mainline railway station which is located approximately six miles away.

Our View

This delightful bungalow benefits from a tranquil cul-de-sac location within the favoured coastal village of Embleton. The area is known for its golf course, the beach at Embleton Bay and the Dunstonbrough Castle. The property is of a three bedroom design, however the current owner uses one of the bedrooms as a dining room and one as a guest room, whilst the master bedroom has fitted wardrobes. The sitting room has an airy feel as there are both front and side windows. There is a hallway with a storage cupboard leading through to the breakfasting kitchen which is fitted with a range of wall and base units. A door leads to a utility area at the rear of the garage which in turn leads to the rear garden. The garage is of a single integral design with storage. There is driveway parking to the front of the property and gardens to the front and rear with side access areas. The front garden is laid to lawn with planted beds and borders, whilst the rear garden has a feature gravelled area with seating areas and planted beds and borders. We strongly recommend an early viewing to appreciate all that is on offer.



Directions :-

From Alnwick take the B1340 signposted Seahouses and follow the road until you reach Christon Bank. Turn right towards the coast and approximately one mile down the right turn right towards Embleton. As you enter the village take the second left onto Westview, turn left, then right into the cul-de-sac where the property can be found on the left hand side.
