Location

Dunstan is situated approx quarter of a mile inland from the small fishing village of Craster famous for its kippers. This area of Northumberland is highly sought after. Dunstan has a public house/restaurant and there is a coffee shop. There is a post office/garage/petrol station/mini market in the village of Embleton. Dunstan golf course can be accessed via Embleton Village. Further shopping facilities are available in the nearby market town of Alnwick.

Our View

We feel that this well presented bungalow will appeal to a variety of purchasers. The property is all on one level and sits on an elevated plot located on the seaward edge of the village of Dunstan. The current owners have enjoyed the property as a family home and it benefits from no upward chain. A private access road leads to the property where u will find driveway parking in front of the integral garage. Entering via the 'L' Shaped hallway, to the front of the property lies the generous sitting room with a feature fireplace and patio doors leading to the conservatory to the front. In addition there is a separate shower room and separate cloakroom/wc accessed from the hallway. Externally there are surrounding gardens, well stocked with a range of planting, shrubs and conifers, lawns and beds. To the side of the property there is a generous greenhouse and shed. Directions :-

From Alnwick follow the road signposted Denwick for approx 2 miles, turn right at the bend in the road marked Craster/Howick. Turn right and then left at the stone cottage, continue down the road over the level crossing until you reach a split junction. Travel over and continue to a further junction. Turn left and then right into Dunstan Village, passing the public house on the right hand side, bear left around the corner and at the next bend continue for approx 10 meters straight on and turn left up the private drive and then left again into the property.
