"This three bedroom semi detached village home is deceptive - it might be because the front door is at the side of the property? That creates more room.

The downstairs accommodation is spacious - there's a kitchen you can eat in, a large lounge/diner with a feature fireplace and French doors which lead into a lovely conservatory.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two of which are generous doubles plus a good size single along with the family bathroom.

Outside the low maintenance rear garden is sunny and private with a personal door leading to the garage which has been fully converted for office use.

There's a drive way to the front with off road parking for at least two vehicles.

This home has much more to offer than you would necessarily expect and is well worth viewing particularly if you want to live in a village environment.

The property is located in the popular village of Long Buckby, between Northampton and Rugby and is very close to lots of amenities. If you have never been to Long Buckby then its worth a visit.

The village once had a thriving shoemaking industry but is now mainly a residential village. The village offers a wide range of amenities and services to its residents, including a doctor's surgery, dentists, churches, two schools, public library, a vets, post office, community centre and Mill Park Nature reserve.

There are a number of good pubs, grocery stores, a butcher, hairdressers, a newsagents, chemist, and range of various restaurants and takeaways.

A huge benefit is the railway station with onsite parking facilities. London is not that far away!

All the main road/motorway links are only a few minutes away so commuting to anywhere is excellent.

The owners are now ready to move so no upper chain to worry about either.

Viewing is easily organised so feel free to call Campbells on 01327 878926 - have you any questions?
