This has a marble fireplace with a coal effect gas fire and four windows at the front. The dining room overlooks the rear garden and has access to the kitchen breakfast room. The principal bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a window to the rear. There are three further bedrooms, a shower room and a four piece bathroom, which includes a bidet and a bath with a mixer tap and a shower.

The driveway provides parking for five cars in addition to the double garage which has electric doors, light and power connected, and a courtesy door to the adjoining greenhouse. There is also a garden at the rear of the garage which is paved with flowers and shrubs."
