"A modern stone built family home in a non-estate location within a popular village. The property is beautifully presented and has accommodation set over two floors comprising an entrance hall, cloakroom, lounge, open-plan kitchen/dining room with integrated appliances and a utility room. On the first floor there are four double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite showers rooms, and a family bathroom. Outside there are gardens to the front, side and rear, a driveway and a large single garage. The property was built in 2013 to a high specification and benefits from the remainder of a 10 premier warranty. The property is ideally located for local schools and shopping facilities within walking distance.

Ground Floor The double fronted style of property allows for a central entrance hall with stairs to the first floor and access to rooms.
