" SITUATION
Rothwell is a medieval market town in Northamptonshire between Kettering and Market Harborough. The town offers a range of amenities including schools, restaurants, shops and a general market being held every Monday in the Market Square. Rothwell offers excellent commuter links being 1 mile away from the A14 and just 5 miles away from a train station with direct link to London. The property is on the north-eastern edge of Rothwell, set away from the main road which offers a high level of privacy. Highly regarded Rushton Hall Hotel and Spa is only 2 miles away.

THE PROPERTY
