" Location
The origins of Brigstock is as a medieval Royal hunting village, that is now a conservation area. Today it is a vibrant working village with many amenities; two shops, churches and chapels, a primary school, surgery, modern village hall and country parks.

Property
The Manse is in the heart of the conservation area built in circa 1780 and remodelled in 1840 for the local congregational church ministers and occupied as such until 2003 when it became a family home.
Following a sale in 2017 the property has been extensively modernised and improved internally. External decoration has also been completed to a high standard. The property extends to 166.8 Sq.m

(1796 Sq.ft) with generous ceiling heights throughout the two storeys.

Downstairs:
Approaching through a central front door into the hall there are a sitting room and dining room both sides of the hall, both with stoves.
