There is a kitchen to the rear and a lounge/diner with French doors over the West facing garden. There is also a cloakroom and storage cupboard. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, the main one has a built-in wardrobe, storage cupboard and door to en-suite shower room. The second bedroom also is a double and once family bathroom, is now a further en-suite bathroom. With a generous West facing garden, ample parking and no upper chain, this is a great first time buy or buy to let property.

LOCATION The area known as Lang Farm was built on the outskirts of the market town of Daventry. Lang Farm is situated about a mile and a half north of the town centre, close to the open country side and with easy access to local walks, The Grand Union Canal and Drayton Reservoir where you will find a well established sailing club. Just a short walk away, is a small shopping area offering a Chemist, Super Market, Dentist, Doctors, Public House and Daventry Country Park.
