"Is this the best young family home for sale in Brackley at the moment? Great kerb appeal to impress your friends, while a larger than average garden and quiet cul-de-sac location means the kids can play safely while your back is turned. All just 5 minutes walk from Bracken Leas primary school.

They say location is everything and with this lovely family home you'd be hard pressed to do better. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac off the popular Wodhams Drive, houses in this area come up for sale only occasionally. The primary school is just round the corner, well 2 corners actually, and all of Brackley's other amenities are nearby including the sports centre, swimming pool and park.

Usually location means compromise, but not here. This practical 3-bed semi has all the space a young family needs, with 2 double bedrooms and a good sized third (not one of those awkward box rooms). There's also a practical kitchen and separate dining area that flows into the lounge.

If that's not enough to convince you, then this home benefits from more outdoor space than most comparable houses, with front, side and rear garden. So, for example if you wanted to add a conservatory in the future you've got space. And for dad, the integral garage and large shed means you can treat yourself to the proper mancave you've been promising yourself! Oh, and the garden faces westerly, so once you've got the rugrats off to bed you'll be able to relax on the patio with a glass of your favourite tipple and watch the sun go down!
