"A three bedroom semi detached family home, situated in a cul de sac in the West of town benefitting from recently fitted modern kitchen and bathroom with good sized conservatory currently used as a dining room.

GROUND FLOOR A part glazed front door opens onto the hallway which has stairs leading to the first floor and doors to the WC and the living room. The WC has been recently decorated and has a small window to the front. The living room again has a window to the front aspect and a door through to the kitchen. The kitchen was re fitted and modernised to a high standard 5 years ago and comprises of eye and bas level units to all walls, a island with inset electric five ring hob, built in double oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There are also doors to under-stairs pantry, integral garage and double glass doors to the conservatory/dining room. The conservatory has central heating and double doors onto the patio/rear garden. FIRST FLOOR The landing has a window to the side, and doors to all three bedrooms, airing cupboard, bathroom and access to the loft. The bathroom has recently been refitted in a modern style with L shaped bath with shower over, white suite and tiling throughout.
