"A well-presented detached family home located on a popular residential development in the heart of the village. Constructed of brick beneath a tiled roof with UPVC double glazed windows and gas fired heating to radiators and electric underfloor heating. Situation
Kings Sutton is a pretty village located and benefits from a mainline railway station with regular services to London Marylebone, Oxford and Birmingham. Access to the M40 can be found at Jct 10 (Cherwell) and Jct 11 (Banbury). The village has excellent facilities which include a Post Office, Co-Op store, two public houses and local primary school. Kings Sutton is also conveniently situated within easy reach of a number of excellent private and state schools.
